Packages are shipped from the Netherlands, so they may take longer to arrive than you expect. However, we always do our best to ship them as quickly as possible.
Exceptions
Sometimes your package may be held at customs for a random check. This may result in longer shipping times than stated above. We cannot control which packages are selected for inspection, so please be understanding when this happens. During the holiday season, most packages may take a few extra days to arrive due to the increased workload of the carriers.
Taxes
It’s possible that customs fees will need to be paid when your package is held at customs. However, this is not common. When this happens, you will receive a letter or email about it. It’s important to keep an eye on your inbox and the tracking information to prevent your package from being returned or delayed further.
