Refund Policy
If you've ordered one of our games and decide you no longer need it you can refund it To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, without damaging, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@spicethenight.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the address where you can ship your. If you still do this, we can ship the game back to you on your own cost, but we won't be responsible for any refunds or shipping costs. Please be aware that we can provide a return label, but the costs of the shipping and return will be for your own account.

Damaged Parcel
Please check your order as soon as it arrives, and if there’s any damage, let us know right away so we can make it right! If your game shows up with a few bumps or bruises, we’ll gladly send you a new one. To help us process a damaged package, we’ll need a few photos and a brief description of the damage. Just reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll provide the form for you to fill out — quick and easy!
Not Picked Up from a Pick-Up Point
Sometimes, if a delivery attempt doesn’t go through, your package might be sent to a pick-up point. We count on you to pick it up if this happens! If the package isn’t collected, and it gets returned to us, we’ll refund the cost of the game, But the original shipping cost won’t be included in the refund.
Automatic Returns (Failed Delivery)
If our carrier tries to deliver your package but isn’t successful, it’ll automatically be sent back to us. In cases like this, we unfortunately can’t refund the original shipping costs. Want us to send it out to a new address? No problem — just cover the new shipping costs, and we’ll get it on its way to you!
Wrong Shipping Details
Double-check your address when placing an order—once your game is shipped, we can’t change it anymore! If the address entered is incorrect, we can’t provide a refund. If the game is returned to us. But the original shipping cost won’t be refunded. Want it sent to the correct address? No problem — just cover the new shipping costs, and we’ll get it headed your way!
DEAD LETTER
If you provide an incorrect address, if your building is empty, or if the address doesn’t exist, the delivery company might classify your package as a dead letter and dispose of it instead of returning it to us. Unfortunately, we can't offer a refund in these situations, as we can’t resell the game and it’s not our fault the delivery failed. If you still want the item, we can send you a free replacement, but you’ll need to cover the reshipping fee.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We’ll keep you updated once we receive and inspect your return, and we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Just a heads-up — it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund on their end. Also, please keep in mind that we don’t refund shipping costs under any circumstances!
